In the presence of witnesses: Vladislav Galyuchinsky and Jozef Steplewsky, adult residents of Lodz, he showed us a female baby born here on October 15 (27), 1897 (SO !!) at 3 a.m. from his wife Zyfia, nee ?Holaszek?, 31 years old. At the holy baptism performed today, this child was given the name Helena, and the successors were Vladislav Galyuchinsky and Francyshka Kapanovskaya.
