A memorial service was held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, April 25th at Andrews Funeral Home. Mark was born May 12, 1971 in Elmira, New York. He was raised in Wichita Falls, Texas and attended College at West Texas A&M and Midwestern State University. Mark worked as a lineman with TXU. He was especially proud of his career and participation with the Katrina Relief Efforts. He also enjoyed many friends, and spending time spoiling his niece and nephew, Hallie and Hayden. Survivors include his mother, Cindy Rosentreter; his father, Don Rosentreter; his step-mother, Jean Rosentreter; a brother, John Rosentreter and his wife Sharla; step-sisters, Carol Boatman and husband Jim; Kim Stanley and husband David, and Karen Dean. Mark is also survived by his precious niece and nephew, Hallie and Hayden. The family suggests that memorials be made to Cook Children's Hospital in Ft. Worth, Texas.
