In the presence of witnesses: Marcel Biczewski and Piotr Schulz, both adult workers from Lodz, he showed us a female baby born in Lodz on January 07 (19) of this year from his wife Zofia nee Koláčzek, 26 years old. At holy baptism, performed today, the baby was given the name Stephanie, and the successors were Marcel Bichevsky and Antonina Protsel. In the presence of witnesses: Vladislav Galyuchinsky and Jozef Steplewsky, adult residents of Lodz, he showed us a female baby born here on October 15 (27), 1897 (SO !!) at 3 a.m. from his wife Zyfia, nee ?Holaszek?, 31 years old. At the holy baptism performed today, this child was given the name Helena, and the successors were Vladislav Galyuchinsky and Francyshka Kapanovskaya.
