On September 6, 1818, before Marcin Ratkiewicz, the civil official of the Przedecz commune, Kłodawa County, Warsaw District, appeared Jan Daniel Rosentreter, a bachelor aged 32, and Anna Karolina Ratke [or: Radke], a maiden aged 21. They requested to proceed with the marriage. The banns were published: the first on August 23, the second on August 30, and the third on September 6. Since no impediments were found, the future spouses individually confirmed their desire to enter into matrimony. The official declared them joined in marriage. The act was drawn up in the presence of witnesses: Ludwik Tom, Marcin Ratke, Karol Kamiński, and Robert Ratke. After being read aloud, the act was signed by the official.
