Lodz 09 (21) June 1884 at 10 o'clock in the morning.
August Rosentreter, a 33-year-old local worker, came.
In the presence of witnesses: Karl Riemer, 25 years old and Thomas Boevsky, 29 years old, both local weavers, he showed us a male baby born in Lodz YESTERDAY at 4 a.m. from his wife Paulina nee Schmidtke, 27 years old.
At holy baptism performed today, this baby was given the name Wilhelm Friedrich, and the aforementioned witnesses and Rosalia Gottschling were the recipients. Those present, as always, are illiterate.
